Our Role & Services:

We provide a full suite of management and advisory services, including:

  • Consultation & Strategy: Advising on the best path forward based on initial findings, market conditions, and your long-term goals.

  • Project Management & Service Arrangement: We source, vet, and manage qualified third-party contractors (e.g., geophysical survey crews, drilling companies, assay labs) to conduct advanced testing. This includes:

    • Geophysical Surveys: Arranging for technologies like seismic surveys, magnetics, or resistivity to map subsurface structures.

    • Core Drilling: Managing a drilling program to extract deep subsurface samples for definitive analysis.

    • Bulk Sample Analysis: Overseeing the processing and assay of large-tonnage samples to accurately grade the ore.

    • Feasibility Studies: Interpreting data to advise on the technical and economic feasibility of a mining operation.

  • Negotiation & Advocacy: We negotiate directly with mining companies, service providers, and potential lessees on your behalf. Our expertise ensures terms are favorable, risks are mitigated, and your rights are firmly protected in any contract or lease agreement.

  • Ongoing Representation: Once a decision to mine is made, we continue to act as your trusted agent, monitoring compliance, managing royalty audits, and ensuring all contractual obligations to you are met.

Fee Structure:

  • Retainer Fee: An upfront retainer to initiate strategic planning and project management.

  • Percentage of Services Rendered: A managed service fee on all contracted third-party work we arrange and oversee (e.g., drilling, surveying).

  • Success-Based Commission: A separate percentage of the finalized lease or sale agreement, aligning our success with yours.
